• We''re looking for a Mid-Level/ Sr Backend Software Engineer with 5–6 years of experience shipping backend & data products to production.
• Looking for someone highly hands-on with Python (FastAPI) ,SQL, experienced in Gen AI / Agentic AI application development (using various frameworks i.e. langchain/graph, ADK, AgentEngine, CrewAI, MCP/A2A etc.), and comfortable working on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run /GKE, Composer, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, AlloyDB/CloudSQL) or any cloud.
• Most importantly, looking for someone who will be self-driven - able to figure things out by exploring existing codebases with minimal supervision - and embrace a fail-fast, iterative mindset where you ship quickly, learn from breakages, and improve continuously.

_Required Skills :-

• 5–6 years of experience in Java/Spring Boot, data modeling, and event-driven architecture are nice to have.
• 5–6 years of experience in shipping backend & data products to production.
• 3-5 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run /GKE, Composer, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, AlloyDB/CloudSQL) or any cloud.
• 3-5 Years of experience in Gen AI / Agentic AI application development (using various frameworks i.e. langchain/graph, ADK, AgentEngine, CrewAI, MCP/A2A etc.).
• Very strong Python, PySpark, SQL, Unix/Linux scripting - coding must have for Python, PySpark.
• Agent building exp must have - should know the entire agent building process
• Daily stand up meetings, should join meetings, work on user stories
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) for working with US stakeholders.
• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
