Location: California remote

Responsibilities

• Work with Product Designers to implement product
• Build efficient and reusable frontend abstractions and systems
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks
• Participate in design and code reviews
• Interact with other team members to incorporate their innovations
• Measure and improve reliability of Amgen's architecture improve its reliability
• Build tools for engineering team to use to monitor and maintain reliability
• Knowledge of AWS serverless, API gateway, postman, extensive knowledge on REST endpoints.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in web technologies including HTML, CSS, TypeScript and JavaScript
• Well versed in React and in frameworks such as Next.js , Vue.js etc.
• Experience in writing reusable and high-performance user interface components
• Experience in architectural design for complex frontend systems
• Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques
• Experience in performance debugging and benchmarking
• Experience building web applications
• Currently has, or is in the process of, obtaining a bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• knowledge on state management libraries like Zustand, Recoil, or Redux
