Software Engineer - AWS, .NET

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client is seeking two Software Engineers to join their Birmingham, AL team and will be working on a private wealth portfolio application. This platform enables customers to invest in annuities and CDs, providing tools to simplify and enhance the investment experience.

Summary:

The first consultant we're looking for needs to have senior skills in .NET, React and AWS. The second consultant needs to have some similar skills in .NET and React in the case they are asked to help on the dev side, but we are looking for a fullstack engineer that has strong AWS Devops experience including with Terraform, Lamda, and Elastichash.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-stack development with React (front end) and .NET (back end)
• Work with AWS cloud services and Aurora PostgreSQL database
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform (nice to have)
• Collaborate closely with team members-must be a strong team player and proactive contributor
• Split responsibilities: 50% front-end/50% back-end

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong React experience
• Strong .NET experience
• Strong AWS experience
• Terraform experience
• Lambda experience
• Posgres SQL experience
• Dynamo or other nosql solution experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
