Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with strong experience in Figma to join the product design team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect, development-ready design mockups that effectively address real user problems and align with defined business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-fidelity, pixel-perfect mockups in Figma based on business and product requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to define user experiences and deliver intuitive user interfaces.
• Translate complex user needs and business objectives into elegant, user-centric design solutions.
• Adhere to design system standards while also pushing boundaries where appropriate.
• Conduct iterative design reviews and implement feedback effectively.
• Create interactive prototypes and user flows to support development hand-off and user testing.
• Ensure all design outputs are ready for seamless developer implementation.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of UX Design experience.
• 3+ years of UI Design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for designing, prototyping, and collaborating with teams.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and UI execution across web and/or mobile platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to create pixel-perfect designs.
• Strong communication skills to present and rationalize design decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce or financial services domains is a plus, though not required.
• Familiarity with design systems and working in agile product development environments.
• Experience collaborating with remote and cross-functional teams.
