Senior QA Program Manager / Test Manager

Location: 100% Remote

Visa: USC

We are seeking a Senior QA Program Manager / Test Manager to lead governance and quality assurance across largescale SAP transformation initiatives. This role requires strong experience in managing enterprise QA programs, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, and driving communication with CLevel stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will also bring technical knowledge of Java and .Net, supporting the migration from legacy applications into SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA governance for SAP transformation projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
• Define and implement test strategies, frameworks, and methodologies across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with CLevel executives to provide program updates, risk assessments, and quality metrics.
• Oversee endtoend testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Manage crossfunctional teams and coordinate with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth migration from legacy Java/.Net applications to SAP, validating integration, performance, and security.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance on testing approaches involving Java/.Net systems integrated with SAP.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a QA Program Manager / Test Manager in large enterprise environments.
• Strong background in SAP projects (S/4HANA preferred) with transformation and migration experience.
• Handson knowledge of Java and .Net technologies to support legacy system validation and integration.
• Expertise in governance frameworks, compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence CLevel stakeholders.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices across ERP and legacy systems.
