Senior Digital Product Designer

Salary: $67,500-$90,000

You'll be working closely with a dynamic product manager who's passionate about the future of email and communication products. They're looking for a design partner who can match that enthusiasm while sharpening and scaling the overall product vision.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify experimentation opportunities
• Quickly deliver design solutions for MVPs and iterative features
• Contribute to fast design sprints, concept explorations, and hands-on prototyping
• Help define, shape, and communicate the product vision with clarity
• Ensure a balance of creativity and usability in every deliverable

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

About You:

• Curious and experimental, with a passion for discovering future-forward ideas
• Strong in visual design with a sharp eye for detail in layout, hierarchy, and interaction
• Thrive in fast-paced settings where both speed and quality are essential
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and can convert early ideas into polished experiences
• Able to clearly articulate design rationale and iterate quickly based on feedback
• Collaborative by nature-working closely with cross-functional teams comes naturally
• Open to critique and excited to push design boundaries

Qualifications:

• 2 5 years of experience in product design (internships, freelance, and academic work included)
• A portfolio that demonstrates high visual craft and strong prototyping capabilities
• Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and/or Android)

Nice to Have:

• Experience contributing to early-stage ideas, design sprints, or innovation labs
• Familiarity with motion design, content design, or front-end prototyping tools
