Required:
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on Salesforce UI/UX solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), Experience Cloud, and LWC (Lightning Web Components).
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
- Familiarity with Salesforce customization, page layouts, and flow automation.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
- Salesforce UX Designer Certification or relevant Salesforce experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing Salesforce interfaces using Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and UI components using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs.
- Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and wireframes to optimize the Salesforce experience.
- Improve navigation, accessibility, and interaction design for Salesforce applications.
- Leverage analytics and user feedback to drive iterative design improvements.
- Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with developers to implement LWC (Lightning Web Components) and custom UI elements.
- Customize Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud interfaces for better user engagement.
- Enhance the Lightning App Builder experience by optimizing page layouts and UI elements.
- Design self-service portals, dashboards, and community pages for Salesforce users.
- Ensure compliance with WCAG and accessibility standards within Salesforce applications.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, admins, and business analysts to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Provide UI/UX design guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency in Salesforce implementations.
- Advocate for design thinking and user-centered methodologies in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum teams to iterate on designs and features.
