Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience working as Product Owner on marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) modules.
• Experience with SFMC Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and enterprise systems.
• Experience managing cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push).
• Experience with data privacy and consent management regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog for marketing automation initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Prioritize and oversee the delivery of campaign enhancements.
• Ensure accurate data synchronization between marketing platforms and enterprise systems.
• Lead design sessions for campaign logic, segmentation, and personalization.
• Drive the implementation of campaign automations and consent processes.
• Monitor platform performance, report on KPIs, and recommend optimizations.
