Role Overview:
The Sr. Quality Engineer will join a high-performing Custom Development Team focused on improving tools and integrations for real estate professionals. You ll play a key role in building, automating, and maintaining quality assurance systems in a collaborative Agile environment. The primary responsibility of the Sr Quality Engineer is to ensure the functionality and usability of Custom Development projects. This will include working with the Product Owner to get details and expected results, along with collaborating with other team members.

What will I do as a Sr. Quality Engineer?
- Work closely with architects and business partners to define Agile stories for new capabilities
- Create Test Plans for features
- Understand functional and non-functional requirements
- Design and code automated tests to validate new features/enhancements
- Troubleshoot production issues
- Create/update automated tests to validate functional and non-functional requirements, and security of features
- Create integration tests
- Work with Release Management team to configure test pipelines for automated test execution
- Develop tools and employ best practices that will increase the efficiency of your team
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirements team meetings
- Report defects and track defect resolutions
- Follow agile development practices
- Work collaboratively and cohesively in a great team environment
- Maintain test artifacts and repositories such as test plans, test case documents, automated test cases, execution metrics, etc.
- Collaborate with local and remote teams
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years Test Automation Experience
- Experience with object-oriented programming using C#
- Experience with Playwright, Cypress, and UI automation frameworks
- High competency with Visual Studio 2015 and above
- Solid proficiency with GIT, Postman, xUnit
- Solid proficiency with XML and JSON
- Experience with Agile and Azure DevOps
- Self-starter who can grasp difficult concepts quickly
- Must exhibit a high-level of analytical skills and attention to detail
- BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
