Job Description:

Analyze and execute requirements using existing technologies.
Write clean, maintainable, documented code using best engineering practices in the industry (design patterns, test driven development (TDD), peer review, continuous improvement (CI), automated testing etc.).
Ensure quality, and continuously promote Quality First Time.

Skills:

Collaborate with squad members including Enterprise Architects, engineers, scrum master and product owner.
4+ years of experience in developing, testing, maintaining and documenting applications in Python 3+, SQL, Pandas, Apps Script (optional) and AWS/Google Cloud Platform
Experience in OOP and Functional programming
Familiarity with REST API Access, Data bases, data modeling and Secret management.
Experience as a Google AppSheet Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in building and customizing applications using the AppSheet platform (optional)
Proficiency in configuring workflows, rules, and expressions within AppSheet application (optional)
Understanding of type hints, TDD (pytest, monkey patching), high-performance code using asyncio and threads
Hands-on experience with DevOps practices:Cl using GitHub Actions/GitLab Runners, CD using Docker containers on horizontally scalable k8s environments.
Development Essentials: JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Python package management, Testing X Ray
Collaborative Traits: good communication skills, team player, proactive and capable of achieving project milestones under tight deadlines
Engineering Traits: Attention to detail, problem solving, debugging, optimization and analytical skills.
Familiar with Scrum (agile framework)
