Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Guidewire background to lead and manage end-to-end Guidewire implementations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience

managing Guidewire projects and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Guidewire project delivery
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
• Ensure successful implementation of Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter)
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project governance
• Identify risks and manage mitigation strategies
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Project Manager in Guidewire projects
• Proven track record in Guidewire implementations
• Experience with PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter
• Strong understanding of Insurance domain (P&C preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
