Role: Product owner / Developer

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Owner with strong development experience to lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will be capable of gathering and refining requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and actively participating in technical implementation serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear product requirements.

Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and prioritized.

Drive product vision, roadmap, and feature definitions.

Conduct backlog grooming, sprint planning, and participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives.

Define and measure success metrics, KPIs, and product performance.

Technical Development:

Participate in solution design and implementation across the front-end and back-end.

Build scalable APIs, services, and data models based on user stories.

Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and CI/CD practices.

Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality delivery and test coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of total experience with a blend of product ownership and hands-on development.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Proven experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs.

Solid technical experience with at least one full-stack environment (e.g., JavaScript/Node.js, Python, Java, .NET).

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Experience with API integration, RESTful services, and microservices.

Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, Postman, and Figma.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.

Experience in domains such as fintech, healthcare, or enterprise SaaS.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.

UX/UI understanding and experience working with design teams.
