responsibilities:
We are seeking Workday Engineers who are passionate about developing highly-resilient, fundamentally-sound objects to support the Human Resource.
This Lead will be supporting Workday Platform & Data Governance Team, responsible for the shared architecture across Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Financials (FIN).
You will act as the functional bridge between the HR and Finance organizations, ensuring that system configurations are cohesive and that the Foundation Data Model (FDM) remains aligned across all modules. Furthermore, you will serve as the functional authority on data quality, understanding how data enters the system, how it flows through internal business processes, and how it exits to downstream enterprise systems.
