Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Pardot HTML Developer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in the USA. We are seeking a skilled HTML Developer with experience in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) to join the team on a 6-month contract_. The perfect candidate will play a key role in creating and optimizing high-performing email templates that align with the marketing and branding strategies. This role requires strong technical expertise in HTML development and familiarity with rendering validations, tagging/UTM placements, and Pardot-specific Configurations. _Requirements:

5+years of experience in a similar position.
Proven experience as an HTML Developer with a focus on Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email development best practices (e.g., handling media queries, inline styles).
Strong understanding of email rendering across platforms like Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, etc.
Experience with UTM tagging and campaign tracking strategies.
Expertise in creating and testing responsive designs that adapt seamlessly across devices and screen sizes.
Familiarity with rendering validation tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid) and Pardot-specific development processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot rendering and technical issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
Experience with marketing automation workflows and integrating HTML assets into Pardot campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Take over existing builds and implement email and landing page templates within Pardot using established formats and structures.
Collaborate with our creative team, including graphic designers, to design and develop visually appealing and functional templates for Pardot.
Translate graphic designs into responsive, optimized HTML templates.
Ensure templates render correctly across multiple devices, email clients, and browsers using validation tools and testing.
Optimize templates for responsiveness and accessibility (WCAG compliance).
Implement UTM parameters and tracking tags to support campaign performance measurement.
Perform rendering validations to ensure consistent formatting and design.
Debug and resolve any HTML/CSS issues affecting performance or rendering.
Stay updated on the latest HTML/CSS trends, email marketing best practices, and Pardot developments.
Document workflows and processes for future scalability.
