Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive UX flows and UI components.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Ensure consistency of visual elements across products and platforms.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation matches specifications.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 25 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and visual design skills across web and mobile platforms.
• Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
