Job Title: Marketing Specialist - Gift Card Fulfillment & Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Accountant Growth Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Specialist Contractor to

support marketing campaign operations for the Accountant Channel. This channel focuses on delivering financial operations automation solutions to our Accounting

partners, helping them grow their client advisory services (CAS).

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end process of sending gift cards, ensuring all deliveries are
• accurate and completed on time.
• Handle logistics for order fulfillment, including inventory tracking, shipment
• coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of all fulfillment activities.
• Track and manage budgets for gift card fulfillment and related operations, ensuring
• expenses are in line with approved budgets and addressing any discrepancies.
• Verify SFDC syncs for promotion fulfillment, ensuring data accuracy across
• campaigns and managing reporting responsibilities.
• Provide operational assistance as needed, including potential support for gift card
• platform validations (if applicable).

• 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or email
• marketing.
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with email campaigns, promotions, and operational support.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience tracking budgets and marketing campaign results.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
