Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Programs Manager to join our team and drive high-impact digital marketing programs. The ideal candidate will be an organized, creative, and data-driven B2B marketer with experience executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid media, webinars, ABM, and content syndication.
This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams and media vendors to create, launch, and optimize campaigns designed to generate leads and accelerate the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute lead generation programs with media partners and publishers.
- Manage multiple third-party vendors and oversee campaign performance, QA, and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with lifecycle, content, and operations teams to support ABM and whitespace initiatives.
- Copywrite campaign descriptions, email content, subject lines, and conduct A/B testing.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to make data-driven recommendations on engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.
- Align third-party programs with internal marketing efforts for a cohesive prospect experience.
- Leverage intent data and account insights to refine targeting and messaging.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of B2B marketing or demand generation experience.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns (webinars, content syndication, display, ABM, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign measurement and optimization.
- Proficient with marketing automation and analytics tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Eloqua, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours aligned with Pacific Time (PST).
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
