Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic, cross-functional technology initiatives. The TPM will drive program planning, execution, delivery, and stakeholder communication across engineering, product, and business teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience in delivering large-scale, complex programs on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and execute large, complex technical programs spanning multiple engineering and product teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to align program goals with organizational priorities.
• Develop detailed project roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics; track progress through effective dashboards and reports.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Lead regular program reviews and executive updates, providing transparency into program status, dependencies, and issues.
• Establish and enforce best practices in program management, documentation, and communication.
• Partner with architecture and engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and optimize design for scalability and performance.
• Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid models).
• Mentor and guide junior program/project managers, fostering a high-performance culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 15+ years in technology roles, with at least 7+ years in program or project management.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, and system architecture.
• Proven ability to manage programs with multiple interdependencies and distributed teams.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and/or scaled agile frameworks (SAFe).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and similar program management platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with global teams and senior executives.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe Agilist).
• Experience in managing programs in domains like Cloud, Data, AI/ML, or Enterprise Software.
• Hands-on technical background as a developer, architect, or systems engineer.
