Role: IT Implementation Engineer with Voice Telecommunication

Duration: 1 Year + Extension

Type: 100% REMOTE

Telecommunications Focus: The job should focus on telecommunications, particularly voice, and exclude wireless and data routing responsibilities.

Must Haves:

At least three years of experience in voice telecommunications.

Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Understanding of telecommunications, particularly voice systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 years of experience is required. Applies broad job knowledge of own job area or basic job knowledge across multiple job areas.
• Efficiently operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Knowledge of project/task management systems preferred. (ServiceNow, SharePoint, Project, Planner)
• Experience with coordination of voice, data, and wireless technologies preferred.
• Familiarity with basic networking hardware needed for a network.
• Poise and maturity to interact at all levels of the organization as well as third-party contractors.
