Role: IT Implementation Engineer/ Project Coordinator (Telecom)

Duration: 9 Month contract + possible extension

Type: 100% REMOTE | Work M-F, 8-5 EST | CST & EST candidates only please

Pay: $29/hr - W2, No CTC /1099

Join our team as an IT Implementation Telecom Coordinator. In this role, you will be at the forefront of technology, coordinating voice services for our numerous branch locations. Your responsibilities will encompass: Coordinating the provisioning of telephony, fax, and alarm services; and collaborating with third-party vendors to ensure smooth installation of new services and disconnection of old services.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, coordination and communication skills, an understanding of voice and data services, a proactive approach to meeting branch needs, and be able to collaborate effectively with third-party partners.

Telecommunications Focus: The job should focus on telecommunications, particularly voice, and exclude wireless and data routing responsibilities.Must Haves:

• 3 years of experience in voice telecommunications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Understanding of telecommunications, particularly voice systems.
• Efficiently operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Knowledge of project/task management systems preferred. (ServiceNow, SharePoint, Project, Planner)
• Experience with coordination of voice, data, and wireless technologies needed.
