IRIS/Cache Software Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• InterSystems Cache/IRIS Development full-stack (both front and back end) development in Web applications
• Responsible for macro-scale architecture of software technology or product line, and providing guidance and oversight to multiple development teams working on different products or technologies to ensure that the technologies interoperate or connect to each other appropriately
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, involving design, implementation, testing, and launching
• Own the delivery of an entire system or application and serve as a technical lead on complex projects
• Work closely with other engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development
• Build software solutions where the problem is not well defined. Design and define the interaction between the other component pieces

Required experience:

Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development utilizing:

• InterSystems Object Technology
• InterSystems Cache/IRIS/ObjectScript
• Experience creating and consuming Web Services
• Object SQL

_Front end:

• Angular
• JavaScript and jQuery
• mGateway Weblink/ EWD
