Description

We are looking for a Digital Experience Specialist/Producer to own the end-to-end execution of virtual events and webinars-from setup and promotion through live delivery and post-event reporting. This is a highly hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, operations, and audience experience.

What You'll Do:

• Lead webinar and virtual event execution end-to-end, including setup, speaker coordination, and live hosting support
• Manage event logistics: landing pages, registration flows, polls/surveys, and pre-event communications
• Partner with speakers to prepare, rehearse, and ensure a smooth live experience
• Oversee day-of event execution, ensuring a polished and engaging attendee experience
• Own on-demand publishing and content hub management
• Track registration and engagement metrics before and after events
• Perform post-event reporting, list cleanup, and CRM uploads (Salesforce/Pardot)

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in webinar or virtual event production
• Strong understanding of digital experience and audience engagement best practices
• Comfortable working with executives and technical stakeholders
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Pardot
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple events simultaneously
