Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a digital production designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC! This position is 100% remote.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Production Designer - Image Optimization to join our creative production team. This role is focused on high-volume digital asset production, handling large sets of translated files and ensuring seamless integration into various digital platforms. The position requires strong technical expertise in digital manipulation, image optimization, and production workflows-not conceptual design.

This is a production-heavy role, requiring a meticulous eye for detail, efficiency in digital workflows, and proficiency in industry-standard tools like Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Midjourney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and optimize large volumes of digital assets for various applications.
• Work with translated image files, ensuring proper formatting, consistency, and quality.
• Utilize Photoshop for high-level image retouching, color correction, and digital manipulation.
• Prepare and refine digital assets in Adobe XD for web and mobile use.
• Use Midjourney or other AI tools to assist in image processing and enhancement.
• Maintain and manage an extensive library of digital assets, ensuring version control and organization.
• Implement production workflows that optimize efficiency and ensure high-quality output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, localization, marketing, and development) to ensure assets meet project specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to digital production and optimization.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in digital production design, image optimization, or digital asset management.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (image editing, retouching, manipulation).
• Experience with Adobe XD for digital asset preparation.
• Familiarity with Midjourney or similar AI-driven image processing tools.
• Strong knowledge of file formats, compression techniques, and resolution best practices.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Experience managing large-scale digital production workflows.
