Pay Range:$66.64-495.20/Hrs

Description

Develop and execute data visualizations and dashboards for clinical and quality outcomes.

Analyze data to support decision-making processes for management and operations teams.

Document and maintain data models and reporting mechanisms.

Lead requirements gathering with business partners and development teams.

Serve as a Technical Product Owner, delivering specifications for data visualizations.

Facilitate education on data products and reports for stakeholders.

Collaborate on data integrity and reporting standards across all business lines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of reporting dashboards for quality analytics and clinical outcomes.

Design systems and reporting solutions that meet business needs.

Collaborate with data engineering to build datasets using best practices.

Analyze source systems and define data transformation requirements.

Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to resolve conflicts.

Lead the development of measurement methodologies and data collection standards.

Solicit feedback and requirements to improve information management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.

Experience with cloud platforms for data management is a plus.

Ability to perform ad hoc analysis and query databases.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

3-5 years of experience with relational databases and dimensional modeling.

5 years of experience in business intelligence.

3 years of experience with SQL management tools.

Experience with data visualization tools and dashboard design techniques.

Product management and Agile methodology experience.
