Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist Trainer to join our team and mentor aspiring data science professionals. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of data science concepts, machine learning algorithms, and hands-on experience with industry-leading tools. This role involves designing and delivering engaging training programs, guiding learners through real-world projects, and ensuring they acquire job-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive data science training programs for beginners and advanced learners.
• Develop course materials, hands-on projects, and assessments to enhance student learning.
• Teach key concepts such as data preprocessing, statistical analysis, machine learning, deep learning, and big data technologies.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and career advice to learners.
• Conduct live sessions, webinars, and workshops to facilitate interactive learning.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and update course content accordingly.
• Assist in evaluating student progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects.
• Collaborate with curriculum designers and industry experts to refine training methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of industry experience as a Data Scientist and/or experience as a Data Science Trainer.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Scala.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Certifications (Preferred): AWS Certified Data Analytics, Google Professional Data Engineer, or equivalent.
