Job Description: We are looking to add a Business Systems Analyst to our team of talented professionals.

What You'll Do:

Serve as business analyst of a scrum team documenting, analyzing, tracing, and requirements.

Ensure JIRA tickets are created timely and accurately and are kept up to date. Defines acceptance criteria, requirements, and internal/external dependencies.

Partner with the scrum team's Product Owner and the program's Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) to complete impact assessments and provide support through the change control process.

Work with the scrum team's Product Owner to ensure requirements align with customer needs and fit within the overall program roadmap.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with the scrum team's Product Owner, program leadership, and the customer.

Lead team in technical and business discussions, providing recommendations to the customer and supporting informed decision-making on all technical and business matters.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 9+ years' experience

Prior experience as a Business Analyst on a User Interface (UI) software development team.

Experience facilitating requirements gathering workshops/meetings with a concentration in fraud, waste, and abuse

Experience with business case development.

Experience Prioritizing Requirements And Creating Conceptual Prototypes And Mock-ups.

Experience working in an Agile environment

Experience with JIRA and Confluence

Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision in a high stress fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated critical thinking skills to support a multitude of program projects
