Role: Archival Tech Lead
Location: HYBRID position requiring 2 in-office days at local client office per week
Duration: 12 months
W2 Contract only
- Proposed coverage time will be 7am central to 5pm central. No monitoring required between 5pm central to 7am central
- java/mule/salesforce working directly with some of our tech leads for KT and they would also work directly with SRE.
- Review and prioritize incident tickets with Product Owner and Scrum Master
- Collaborate with Product Owners and PDMs in 3-in-a-Box calls to align on incident prioritization and solutions
- Work with offshore teams to triage incidents and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor and respond to SRE reports and alerts
- Examine incident tickets for business impact and conduct initial bug triage
- Evaluates tech currency items to ensure alignment with CDS teams
- Approve peer reviews for incident resolutions and support documentation
- Prepare and review implementation and backout plans for production changes
- Collect details and prepare standard runbooks for repeatable production support tasks
- Develop and maintain process flow and business documentation
- 5+ years experience required
_Required Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in software and application administration.
- Strong technical proficiency in the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of software applications.
- Advanced scripting capabilities, with a focus on PowerShell and Perl.
- Familiarity with archival or surveillance-related applications.
- Experience working with cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
- Extensive open system archival and SaaS system restful API integrations experience
