What You Will Do:

• Lead and contribute to the design and development of user-centric digital experiences across AI and data platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure intuitive and accessible interfaces
• Design and prototype user interfaces for AI and data applications with low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to implement designs
• Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across teams/platforms

What You Will Need:

• Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio
• Minimum Degree: Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Invision or Adobe XD
• Experience with responsive and accessible design principles
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of front-end development technologies

What Would Be Nice to Have:

• Experience designing for AI or data-driven applications
• Background in human-computer interaction or related field
• Familiarity with Agile development environments
• Familiarity with consulting environments

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
