The role of Sales & Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the marketing team in executing
content strategies, lead generation, and digital campaigns while supporting the KSA sales team
in sales activities. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to
marketing and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and publish content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook,
etc.), company blogs, and website articles.
● Create Arabic marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer
engagement.
● Generate visual and written marketing content, including graphics, posts, and ad copy.
● Conduct lead generation and qualification to identify potential clients.
● Reach out to potential leads across various platforms using the company's scripts.
● Track and document responses, ensuring a structured follow-up process with our social
media accounts.
● Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand
messaging and objectives.
● Monitor and analyze engagement metrics and campaign performance to assess
effectiveness.
● Compile and present marketing reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and
provide insights to the Commercial Manager.
● Assist in preparing sales presentations, brochures, and product overviews for potential
clients.
● Support in managing and organizing leads, ensuring proper documentation on HubSpot.
● Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with client acquisition
strategies.
● Support sales team in conducting cold calls, cold emails and outreach.
● Assist in drafting email sequences and outreach messaging for potential clients.
● Conduct SWOT analysis, competitor research, and industry market analysis to identify
trends and opportunities.
● Research new marketing strategies and propose ideas to improve campaigns.
● Stay up to date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.●
Marketing certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, META or any relevant
certificates are highly preferred.
● Strong interpersonal skills including communication, negotiation and networking skills.
● Good understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising.
● Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and the ability to interpret engagement metrics.
● Proficiency in softwares such as Microsoft Office (Excel), and Google Apps.
● Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
● Creativity and analytical thinking to support lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
