Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing partnerships and deals
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, drug development processes, and regulatory landscape
- Excellent knowledge of healthcare systems and policies in India
- Proficiency in business development strategies and market analysis techniques
- Advanced negotiation and project management skills
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to travel as required for business meetings and industry events
