Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership over digital marketing strategy and implementation, including funnel optimization, content creation, campaign execution, and user engagement.
- Lead paid acquisition efforts (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels), identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Scale and optimize paid campaigns to drive high-quality leads at an efficient Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Run rapid experiments to test new channels, creatives, and messaging, uncovering growth opportunities.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion flows to improve funnel performance.
- Leverage data rigorously, analyzing user behavior, Lifetime Value (LTV), and key performance metrics to make informed decisions.
- Develop a scalable marketing engine by identifying successful strategies and expanding them.
- Execute hands-on paid marketing campaigns, with direct experience in building, running, and optimizing campaigns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid acquisition.
- Proven track record of scaling paid channels profitably (Google, Facebook, etc.).
- Hands-on and scrappy—willing to roll up sleeves and solve problems independently.
- Highly analytical—comfortable working with data dashboards, testing frameworks, and attribution modeling.
- Speed-focused—thrives in fast-paced environments, iterates quickly, and prioritizes high-impact initiatives.
- Startup mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity, executing with minimal resources, and adapting rapidly.
- Preferred (Nice-to-Have, But Not Required)
- Experience in healthcare, B2C, or marketplace businesses.
- Knowledge of SEO, organic social media, influencer, or affiliate marketing.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Segment, Amplitude.
