Job Summary:
Lumos is a fast-growing startup focused on solving app and access management challenges through a unified platform. They are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for their Identity Management portfolio, collaborating with various teams to drive customer value and market presence.
Responsibilities:
• Messaging & Positioning: Create compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning, with a clear understanding of the target customer and the core capabilities of the offering.
• Product Launches: Engage with cross-functional teams to help design, plan and execute product launches with comprehensive go-to-market strategies and tactics to drive measurable results.
• Content Creation: Develop fresh content including collateral, thought leadership assets and solution presentations, website content, videos, blogs, by-lined articles and more to execute communication strategies and accelerate the buyer's journey.
• Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales and alliances teams to ensure the value proposition, assets, training, and support plans are all in place for a strong sales motion in line with our product and ecosystem capabilities.
• Market and Competitive Intelligence: Be the expert on target buyers, market trends, and competitive offerings across the market landscape and how this intersects with our offerings. Use this to drive differentiation and influence overall planning.
• Customer Advocacy: Develop and drive customer advocacy programs including referrals, case studies, speaking engagements, and references. Synthesize feedback to influence product strategy, acting as a bridge between product and sales teams.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in a product marketing role within a B2B SaaS company
• Experience in the identity or cybersecurity space
• Demonstrated success owning sales enablement and partnering with Enterprise sales teams on value propositions, asset creation, trainings etc.
• Ownership of content creation and ability to share examples of past content
• Ability to effectively work cross-functionally between GTM and product teams
