Job Summary:
Centric Software is a leader in delivering innovative PLM solutions for the retail and consumer goods industries. They are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize marketing operations across the Americas, focusing on executing marketing strategies and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
• Lead marketing automation strategies and manage a pool of freelancers to ensure high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing and Content teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across channels.
• Utilize tools like Pardot Marketing Automation, Salesforce CRM, and CMS platforms to create engaging nurturing campaigns, email sequences, digital ads, and social media strategies.
• Optimize database integrity in Salesforce by maintaining clean data, running reports, and analyzing key metrics to drive marketing opportunities.
• Execute and manage online advertising campaigns (email marketing, social media, and digital display advertising) in partnership with field and content marketing teams.
• Track marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-accepted leads (SALs), ensuring effective conversion strategies.
• Continuously assess engagement data to refine acquisition efforts and maximize marketing impact.
• Drive innovation, identify new opportunities to expand reach, and implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Maintain compliance with data integrity regulations, monitor opt-outs, subscription management, and email deliverability.
• Manage CRM data imports efficiently while providing general marketing support as needed.
• Lead a Local SEO Specialist, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations within B2B/B2C marketing, preferably in the software/IT industry.
• Strong project management skills and experience working in software vending companies (preferred).
• Advanced expertise with marketing platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, WordPress, and CRM systems like Salesforce or SugarCRM.
• Fast learner with the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Creative problem solver, you're someone who brings solutions, not just challenges.
• Detail-oriented and strategic, with a results-driven approach to marketing operations.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to drive ROI-focused initiatives.
• A positive, energetic, and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
