Job Summary:
Euclid Power is on a mission to accelerate the world’s transition to renewable energy. They are seeking a hands-on Head of Marketing to define and lead their marketing strategy, focusing on content creation and demand generation while working closely with the CEO and other leadership members.
Responsibilities:
• You'll define and own our marketing strategy from 0→1, with a strong focus on high-impact execution from day one.
• This includes developing and prioritizing a marketing roadmap across demand generation, content, brand, and enablement.
• You'll work closely with sales, product, and leadership to ensure marketing is tightly aligned with business goals and outcomes.
• As a strategic thought partner to the Cofounders and broader leadership team, you’ll guide where and how we invest in marketing over time.
• You'll also play a key role in identifying future marketing needs and opportunities.
• You’ll take full ownership of our content calendar and bring it to life.
• That includes writing and publishing a monthly newsletter, monthly blog posts, and LinkedIn content on a weekly or biweekly cadence.
• You’ll also lead coordination and promotion of webinars, managing the process from concept through execution and follow-up.
• You’ll turn internal insights, customer wins, and lessons learned into clear, engaging, and consistent content that supports brand awareness and market credibility.
• You’ll manage both the creation and editing process; whether drafting yourself or refining contributions from others, ensuring the final product is high quality, on-brand, and impactful.
• You’ll lead early-stage demand generation efforts to help us build a repeatable growth engine.
• This includes executing email campaigns, managing lead capture and nurture workflows, and collaborating with sales to support outbound and inbound efforts.
• You’ll use content and digital channels to generate pipeline, optimize conversion points, and support full-funnel engagement.
• You’ll create and maintain core marketing materials that support sales and customer engagement; including one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, and internal enablement tools.
• You’ll translate lightly structured input into polished, on-brand assets and ensure consistency in messaging across all materials and channels.
• Your work will directly support customer education and conversion, helping our sales and customer teams communicate value more clearly and effectively.
• Working cross-functionally, you’ll manage and maintain our website, handling routine updates, publishing content, resolving bugs, and coordinating with contractors when needed.
• Partnering with sales, you’ll also be responsible for foundational tools and systems like email marketing platforms, lead capture forms, and analytics; ensuring they’re properly set up and functioning to support ongoing marketing activities.
• You’ll lead our press strategy, identifying opportunities for announcements, thought leadership, and visibility in the market.
• You’ll manage the messaging and coordination required to secure and execute on these opportunities, including working with external partners if needed.
• You’ll also explore industry platforms, media outlets, and speaking opportunities that elevate the visibility of Euclid’s brand and leadership.
• You’ll manage the execution of our events and conference calendar, including selecting the right events to attend or sponsor, coordinating logistics, developing materials, and ensuring we’re well-prepared to represent the Euclid brand.
• You’ll make sure we’re present where it matters; and that our presence is organized, consistent, and valuable.
• You’ll collaborate with sales and leadership to ensure our event strategy supports relationship-building and pipeline growth.
• You’ll oversee our client gifting and swag initiatives from planning through delivery.
• That includes sourcing, messaging, and coordination; while ensuring these efforts reflect our brand and contribute to client engagement and relationship-building.
• You’ll also track outcomes and impact to help guide future decisions.
• You’ll bring clarity, decisiveness, and momentum to everything you own.
• You’ll confidently move projects forward, make executional decisions, and communicate clearly without getting bogged down in unnecessary process or review cycles.
• You’ll be expected to manage up effectively, advise stakeholders, and keep work on track even in ambiguous or fast-moving situations.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on content creation and product marketing
• You’re a high-output doer and a strategic thinker; you love setting direction and then executing with speed and precision
• You are an excellent writer; fast, clear, and able to turn raw input into crisp, compelling copy
• You have a strong bias toward execution and ownership; you’re energized by making things happen and not afraid to figure things out yourself
• You’re digitally fluent; not a developer, but you know how tools work and can manage workflows, publishing platforms, and lightweight integrations
• You can work across functions, ask great questions, and quickly translate complex information into audience-friendly content
• You’re assertive, decisive, and comfortable making the call; with or without detailed input
• You have experience running or supporting marketing for webinars, content calendars, demand generation programs, and product collateral
Preferred:
• Experience in renewable energy is a plus, but not required; curiosity and fast learning are more important
• You thrive in 0→1 environments, enjoy building systems that last, and take pride in putting your stamp on things
