Job Summary:

Techstra Solutions is a leading organization in healthcare analytics, focusing on digital and talent transformation. They are seeking a Business Data Analyst to drive a major BI transformation initiative centered on PBM Rebates, collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to deliver effective BI/reporting solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Document and translate business needs into technical requirements for BI/reporting tools

• Collect and organize an inventory of existing reporting assets

• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of goals and deliverables

• Design and execute UAT testing plans in collaboration with QA and development teams

• Develop training materials and facilitate end-user training sessions

• Advocate for best practices in data visualization and storytelling

• Assist the Rebates Product Lead in the design, documentation, and development of BI/Reporting solutions

• Document business and technical requirements (user stories, BRDs) for BI/reporting in the PBM rebates domain

• Provide subject-matter expertise in PBM Rebates to guide reporting assets and solutions

• Support the migration of legacy BI tools to a new centralized BI platform

• Assist in testing, training, and change management activities to ensure a successful transformation

Qualifications:

Required:

• 7+ yrs Data Analysis

• 5+ yrs PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management)

• 3+ yrs PBM Rebates

• 5+ yrs Business Intelligence (BI) / Reporting

• 5+ yrs MicroStrategy or similar enterprise BI tools
