Job Summary:
Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP) provides industry-leading management consulting and technology deployment solutions. They are seeking a motivated Marketing Manager focused on Lead Generation to develop and execute campaigns that attract, engage, and convert qualified leads for their sales teams.
Responsibilities:
• Digital Presence: Refresh messaging for website, social media presence, and LinkedIn.
• Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies aligned with revenue goals, customer personas, and buyer journeys.
• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across email, social, paid media, SEO, events/webinars, and partner channels to drive qualified leads.
• Marketing Automation & CRM: Build and manage workflows in marketing automation tools and ensure seamless handoff of leads to sales through Salesforce.
• Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as lead conversion rate and campaign ROI; adjust tactics based on performance data.
• Content Alignment: Collaborate with content teams to develop assets (landing pages, eBooks, ads, emails) that support lead generation and nurture efforts.
• Collaboration with Sales: Partner with sales to align on lead scoring, qualification criteria, follow-up processes, and feedback loops to improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 4 to 10 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years of experience focused on lead/demand generation and developing successful lead generation campaigns
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to derive insights from data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Preferred:
• Experience with marketing in the technology and consulting industry
• Experience with marketing and lead generation for state, county, and local government
• Experience with AI capability/functionality
• Experience with SalesForce and related/integrated marketing tools like Zoominfo, Navigator, and Marketo
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices
