Job Summary:

Talentify.io is an employer in the Engineering and Energy Services industry, offering a remote opportunity for an Engineering Project Manager. The role involves overseeing utility projects, collaborating with engineering teams, and guiding project coordinators to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of utility projects, ensuring they stay on track, on budget, and within scope

• Partner with engineering and design leadership to plan, execute, and review client-funded projects

• Develop and maintain project management plans including scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements

• Mentor and guide project coordinators, providing feedback and performance insights to leadership

• Conduct project closeouts and lessons-learned reviews to support continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Required:

• Proven experience in project management within the engineering or energy sector

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, and contractors

• Experience with financial analysis and resource forecasting

• Ability to travel occasionally to delivery centers and customer sites as needed

Preferred:

• Experience with process improvements and reporting enhancements

• Familiarity with compliance and legal requirements related to project management

• Previous experience mentoring or leading junior project staff
