Job Summary:

Trialbee is transforming the patient recruitment ecosystem through technology and innovation. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that help patients access clinical trials worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Execute digital marketing strategies across search, social, display, and programmatic channels.

• Experiment with new channels and ways to reach patients and their care partners that are rooted in digital.

• Liaise with design and development teams to create engaging ads and landing pages.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize spend based on trends and insights.

• Brainstorm and actively test new, creative growth strategies.

• Run A/B tests and analyze conversion data.

• Improve end-to-end user journeys and optimize funnels for better performance.

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to have dynamic campaigns that deliver results.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing—B2B or B2C.

• Experience in patient recruitment is a strong plus.

• Solid experience with campaign platforms and tools (email, search, social, display).

• Creative mindset with targeting and profiling expertise; you go deeper than simply researching a patient profile but are obsessed with finding nuances not easily covered.

• Familiarity with web design and development workflows (e.g. you know how marketing cookies and pixels work and are familiar with implementation).

• Strong skills in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).

• Data-driven in that all decisions made are attributed to data points you can surface and point to.

• Highly organized - you have the self-leadership to shuffle your day based on priorities.

• You have full comprehension of the English language and can confidently understand and speak it.

• You are able to work East Coast U.S. working hours (if in the U.S.), knowing that with team members across the globe that you may have an earlier or later day here and there.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
