Job Summary:
Social House Entertainment is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to execute event marketing strategies with a focus on email marketing and organic social media. This role involves building and deploying email campaigns, managing social content calendars, and tracking performance across multiple events.
Responsibilities:
• Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns in Customer.io (or relevant ESP) for multiple events.
• Collaborate with creative and copywriting teams to ensure brand consistency and clear CTAs.
• Manage email audience segmentation, list hygiene, and automation workflows.
• Monitor campaign performance (OR, CTR, conversion rates) and recommend optimizations.
• Support A/B testing of subject lines, content layouts, and send times.
• Work with Event Marketing Managers to develop and maintain organic social content calendars for each event.
• Schedule and publish posts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with Creative Marketing/Content Creator/s for asset delivery, ensuring posts are visually compelling and on brand.
• Collaborate with Guest Services as needed on community engagement needs
• Track post performance and share actionable insights with the marketing team.
• Assist with lead generation campaigns, influencer outreach, and cross-channel promotions.
• Coordinate with Paid Media team to align organic and paid social messaging.
• Support live event coverage as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in email marketing and social media management.
• Proficiency with ESPs and scheduling tools
• Strong copywriting and content editing skills.
• Experience analyzing marketing metrics and reporting on campaign performance.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across concurrent projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
Preferred:
• Experience in event marketing, live entertainment, or hospitality a plus.
