Qualifications

• A bachelor degree in construction management, or applicable engineering degree i.e. (civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or environmental engineering) etc.
• 60 months of experience as a construction project manager or design engineer.
• Experience must include water and waste water treatment plant construction and/or design.
• An MBA or related master’s degree is beneficial.
• A PE designation is beneficial.
• Must have minimum of 1 year of applicable hands on experience in the water, elevated water storage tanks, or waste water plant construction.
• Must currently live in or be willing to relocate to York County or nearby vicinity.
• Must be capable of working with minimal supervision and able to prioritize your own work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, estimate, and respond to RFPs and implement activities concerned with the construction and upgrading of environmental facilities such as water and waste water treatment plants, pumps stations, landfills, and water tanks.
• Oversee the estimating, organization, contracts/orders administration, scheduling, material procurement, negotiation, administration and implementation.
• Lead field/junior office staff personnel in project coordination and execution until completion of construction projects ranging from $2 million to $10 million including the design-bid-build, design-build and turn-key delivery methods.
