Job Details
We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and innovative growth leader to drive performance marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and lifecycle marketing. You will oversee the customer journey using data, experimentation, and automation to drive profitable growth while keeping the brand at the centerpoint..
This role is hands-on and high-impact. You’ll be expected to set strategy, execute, and optimize across paid media & e-commerce, ensuring incremental impact across paid and owned channels.
Success in this role means building a data-driven, high-performance marketing engine that fuels our rapid growth while maintaining the premium brand experience that sets us apart.
