We’re seeking a highly analytical Remote Data Scientist to help transform data into meaningful insights that guide product decisions and business strategy. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment to build models, analyze trends, and solve complex problems using data.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Build, train, and evaluate machine learning models
• Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders
• Present findings and insights in a clear, data-driven manner
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business teams
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper documentation
• Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and data science techniques

✅ Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Python or R (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Solid SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex findings
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

🌟 Nice-to-Have

• Experience with deep learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (Airflow, MLflow, Kubeflow)
• Exposure to NLP, time-series forecasting, or recommendation systems
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake)
• Previous work on analytics dashboards or executive reporting
