Role Overview:

We are seeking an innovative, analytical, and versatile Remote Content Manager to spearhead content strategy, multi-channel storytelling, and brand engagement campaigns across digital channels in Minnesota. In this creative leadership position, you will craft high-impact thought leadership, optimize digital content for search performance, and collaborate with product marketing teams to drive candidate and client acquisition across national markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end content marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness and drive organic lead generation.
• Write and edit high-impact blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social copy, and email marketing newsletters.
• Collaborate with SEO, design, and product marketing teams to optimize content for search visibility and conversion.
• Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring timely content delivery aligned with key staffing industry trends and launches.
• Track and report on content engagement metrics, web traffic, and audience retention using analytics tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of content marketing, digital copywriting, or editorial management experience (B2B/staffing preferred).
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with flawless grammar and attention to detail.
• Strong familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and Google Analytics.
• Experience managing content across CMS platforms (WordPress, Contentful, HubSpot).
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
