This role is focused on owning and optimizing a high-impact B2B website that serves as a key driver of global marketing and sales performance. You will manage and evolve web content within a WordPress environment, ensuring product pages, solution pages, and digital assets are accurate, engaging, and optimized for both search engines and conversion. The position combines content management, SEO strategy, and conversion optimization to improve visibility, traffic quality, and lead generation. You will also play a key role in shaping how content performs in AI-driven search environments while continuously improving user experience across a complex product ecosystem. Working closely with international marketing teams and developers, you will help align global content strategies with regional needs. This is a hands-on, data-driven role where your work directly influences pipeline growth and digital performance.

Accountabilities

  • Manage and publish content across a global WordPress website, ensuring accuracy and consistency across product pages, solutions, and regional content.
  • Maintain and optimize a large digital product catalog with a focus on SEO performance, structure, and conversion effectiveness.
  • Enforce content governance standards including brand guidelines, taxonomy, metadata, and messaging consistency across markets.
  • Develop and execute on-page and technical SEO strategies, including keyword research, internal linking, structured data, and metadata optimization.
  • Lead AI-driven search optimization efforts to improve visibility in AI-generated results, featured snippets, and emerging search experiences.
  • Conduct ongoing website and content audits to identify performance gaps, cannibalization issues, and optimization opportunities.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization through A/B testing, landing page experimentation, and UX improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze web performance metrics using tools such as GA4 and SEO platforms, translating insights into actionable improvements.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in web content management, digital marketing, or SEO-focused roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, including content publishing, updates, and basic site management.
  • Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO, including keyword strategy, metadata, and structured data.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization, including A/B testing and landing page optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven search optimization and content structuring for modern search engines.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and ability to work effectively with development teams is a plus.
  • Experience with B2B or complex product environments is highly desirable.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong focus on content quality, consistency, and performance.
