This role offers the chance to shape and elevate a brand across diverse digital, print, and experiential platforms. You will create compelling, on-brand visual assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and internal programs, ensuring consistency and creativity in every project. Collaborating closely with marketing, content teams, and external partners, you'll contribute to a fast-paced environment that values innovation and polished design. Accountabilities:
- Design creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, email, web, events, and internal initiatives
- Translate brand guidelines into impactful visuals that maintain consistency while introducing innovative concepts
- Collaborate with marketers, content creators, and external vendors to deliver polished design work aligned with strategic goals
- Support event and experiential marketing with creative materials such as booth design, collateral, and presentations
- Stay current with design trends to continuously enhance the brand's creative expression
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards
Requirements
- 4+ years of design experience, preferably in marketing or creative agency settings
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating skill across digital, print, and branding projects
- Deep understanding of brand systems and the ability to balance adherence to guidelines with creative innovation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork across departments
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with great attention to detail and time management
- Passion for storytelling through visual design and a collaborative, feedback-friendly approach
