The UKG Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and integrations between various platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless software functionality, optimize processes, and deliver robust solutions across scheduling, timekeeping, absence management, and reporting. The position combines hands-on technical work with strategic problem solving, enabling you to contribute to both development and functional excellence. Working in a dynamic, collaborative environment, you will help ensure that software solutions meet current and future business needs while adhering to best practices.

Accountabilities
Design, develop, and manage integration pipelines using UKG Boomi and other related platforms.
Provide subject matter expertise on UKG functional modules, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Forecasting, Absence Management, Integrations, Reports, and Data Views.
Configure and maintain UKG WFM functional requirements, ensuring accurate system operations.
Collaborate with development teams and third-party vendors to implement technical and functional solutions.
Optimize, tune, and maintain existing systems while troubleshooting and upgrading software components.
Execute the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Produce specifications, perform operational feasibility analysis, and ensure software quality and compliance with project plans.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a UKG WFC/WFD/Pro WFM Consultant.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with UKG Boomi integrations, including relevant Boomi enablement training or certification.
Strong understanding of UKG functional modules and workforce management processes.
Proficiency in developing software verification plans, quality assurance procedures, and full SDLC execution.
Ability to write well-structured, testable code and integrate software components into functional systems.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, remote or hybrid environment.
