Accountabilities

Gather, analyze, and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites and web applications
Create visually appealing UI elements including menus, buttons, widgets, and interactive components
Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs to enhance the user experience
Optimize websites for usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across platforms
Maintain and develop design guidelines, style guides, and best practices for UI/UX standards
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and modern design approaches

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer for web and mobile platforms
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with Webflow or similar web design platforms is a plus
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with product and engineering teams
