As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will take ownership of the full design function within a fast-growing digital solutions environment. This is a foundational role where you'll define design strategy, establish scalable systems, and create intuitive, impactful user experiences across a diverse product portfolio. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance usability, accessibility, and aesthetic quality, while implementing best-in-class design standards. Accountabilities

Lead the end-to-end design process, from strategy to hands-on execution, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across multiple platforms
Conduct product audits to evaluate usability and design effectiveness, providing actionable insights and improvement roadmaps
Define and implement scalable design systems and component libraries to drive visual and functional coherence across products
Establish and manage design processes, including workflows for requests, reviews, and feedback integration
Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups that align with business goals and technical feasibility
Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are embedded in all design outputs and drive compliance initiatives
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
Present design concepts and research findings persuasively to technical and executive stakeholders
Support A/B testing initiatives and monitor user engagement metrics to inform continuous improvements
Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and competitive benchmarks to maintain a market-leading experience

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience in B2B or enterprise software, including at least 3 years in a lead or sole design contributor role
Expertise with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Jira, and Gemini
Strong background in conducting product audits and developing comprehensive design strategies and systems
Advanced proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and user flow creation across web and mobile interfaces
Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience supporting A/B testing and quantitative UX research
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advocate for design decisions to both technical and executive audiences
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and execute high-impact initiatives with minimal supervision
Preferred: Degree in Design, HCI, or related field, relevant UX or accessibility certifications, and experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
