  • Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth integration of toolchains across different platforms
  • Engage in occasional global travel (2-4 weeks per year) for internal events, collaboration sprints, or conferences

Requirements

  • Proven experience with GCC or LLVM, preferably in cloud-native or Linux environments
  • Strong background in C and C++ development, with deep knowledge of compilers, runtimes, and toolchains
  • Experience in packaging software for Debian or Ubuntu distributions
  • Familiarity with Linux system internals and open-source development practices
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field (or a strong professional track record)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • A passion for open-source technology, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for team gatherings or company events

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation based on experience, performance, and location
  • Annual performance-based bonus or commission structure
  • Remote-first work environment, with opportunities for global travel and in-person team sprints
  • Learning and development budget of USD $2,000 per year
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including Employee Assistance Programs
  • Generous holiday allowance, parental leave, and recognition rewards
