As a Senior React Native Engineer, you will play a key role in developing high-performance, mobile-first applications for professional trading users. You will work in a fully remote, collaborative environment, focusing on delivering scalable, maintainable, and reliable software solutions. This role provides the opportunity to influence technical strategy, mentor other engineers, and shape the architecture of complex systems. Accountabilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native
Lead complex software system development, setting high standards for code quality and maintainability
Influence technical decisions, contribute to strategy discussions, and guide product/domain solutions
Mentor junior and senior engineers, providing constructive feedback and fostering knowledge sharing
Implement scalable, fault-tolerant, and maintainable systems with robust architecture and design patterns
Collaborate on cross-team initiatives and promote continuous process improvements
Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and mobile development best practices

Requirements

6+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and mobile applications
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and deep expertise in React Native
Experience in API design, performance optimization, and secure application development
Familiarity with Next.js, WebSockets, frontend testing frameworks, and modern build pipelines
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for mobile applications
Experience within large technology organizations or fast-growing startups
Hands-on experience in trading, fintech, or crypto mobile applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of native mobile app development (Objective-C/Kotlin/Java) for iOS and Android is a plus
